Views sought for the National Maternity Review from those who experience bereavement or complications

As part of the National Maternity Review that is currently taking place, there is the opportunity to have views heard from anyone who has received hospital care in England having suffered complications or bereavement. The aim of the Review is to make recommendations to improve care for women and their families

This survey is specifically for two groups of people; for those whose baby died during pregnancy (including miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy), labour or soon after birth and for families who experienced pregnancy complications affecting the health of mother or baby. The survey is open until 30 November and comments and answers will be treated confidentially and anonymously.
