The wait is torture!
Does anyone know from experience roughly how long it will take for hcg levels to fall back to 0 after methotrexate shot? Hcg was 792. I had it for a diagnosis of Pregnancy of unknown Location (PUL). Lost my right tube to ectopic last year hence did not want to take chances waiting.

I had a right side salpingectomy on the 8th of this month. For the past few days I get some occasional dull ache in my right lower abdomen. Could it be some sort of phantom pain?
