Yeah my right side still hurts at times as well which is where I have my etopic. It hurts more if I have an intercourse and have an organism (sorry tmi). Oh wow, thats crazy they wouldn't monitor you. I would definitely request another ultrasound at your next appointment. I had blood test to but I was also given ultrasounds every six weeks to monitor the size. They told me the collection should go away in 3 months but obviously its going to take long...

I have this exact same thing, also with lower back pain. I was wondering if this has to do with ovulation. I have had it on off since methotrexate injection in October.
