Thank you so much everyone, 3 months post surgery now and It’s still an emotional rollercoaster, but being on here and hearing other people stories has helped so much!

Struggling to accept what has happened

I recently had an ectopic pregnancy, I had emergency surgery and my right Fallopian tube removed just Tuesday gone, I know it’s very soon but I feel so many types of emotion, does anyone have advice how to start the acceptance process, thank you in advance
