Re: Covid-19 vaccine after methotrexate

Hi Talon, did you get any offline advice on this?
I'm also opting out getting the vaccine, I can sense my body is too weak and I prefer taking multi vitamins for at least a few weeks before going through with vaccines. I'm also mostly not going out and get to work from home so that helps.

I'm only 2 weeks post operation where they removed my right tube and I often think of the future, and not in a nice way. I ke...

Re: Laparotomy / open surgery

Oh I also had my left fallopian tube removed, FYI. I've read yoir tube was removed too. I know how you feel, well, maybe. Each pain is different but it might help to know I went through this 2 weeks ago and physically feeling better.

Re: Laparotomy / open surgery

Hi Bookworm, I'm so sorry to read you've went through this. I believe I saw previous posts of you earlier here. I had laproscopy 2 weeks ago so not the same as you, but if you search online there is some information on yoir surgery. I know it's not a doctor, but as we can all agree in this forum, mo...

Re: Two Methotrexate Shots after Ectopic

Hi Ladies! I hope you two are in much better conditions right now. I had some pain on my left ovary side after hcg dropping to 21 and it was my tube inflamed and rupturing so they've removed my left tube 3 days ago. Paying close attention to pain is very important even if numbers are going down. Sen...

Re: Methotrexate side effects

Heyya sorry just saw your reply. My levels were at 400. I was informed its ectopic since it was 40 hcg though so I "catched" it pretty quickly. I really hope you're well now, please do send us an update? I'm currently very worried as my hcg is still 280(although declining) but I'm having m...

Re: Two Methotrexate Shots after Ectopic

Not enough information, no one told me about the follic acid thing, and they genuinely don't se concerned all that much. I'm still going through my journy, my hcg is still at...

Re: I feel like I am killing my baby

Hi loni, How are you doing now? I'm living an extremely similar situation and I've literally posted same heading for my question before reading yours. While it's sad we all had to go through this, I'm happy to know that I am not crazy or dramatic, and my feelings are felt by other women going throug...

Hope yoir numbers are decreasing. I'm living a similar experience now and I know the wait between tests can feel like ages. Sending you hugs!

Re: Did I kill my baby by monitoring hcg too early?

Dear Karen, Thank you very, very much for this very thorough and elaborate explanation. It's for the fact that my numbers started rising normally ( almost doubling every 48 hours) but only after that first hcg test (the one with 44 then 49) that I keep on thinking why didnt my doctors disregard that...

Thank you so much for the reply, really appreciated. And I'm also so sorry for your loss, but I'm happy you're with us today. Thanks for sharing your story with me. my hcg was rising, but it wasn't doubling, and they took that as the main factor to judge and my heart keeps on saying there was a viab...
