Sarahkate8, Sorry for your loss. I also had methotrexate treatment 2x as first dose didn’t work. I also didn’t know what to expect. I had no bleeding until my first period 5 weeks after my 2nd dose. Do not be concerned. Just focus on your hcg number dropping appropriately from your weekly blood draw...

Did you get your period yet? My cycles are different every month. My first bleed/period after 2nd dose of methotrexate was 5 weeks after. 2nd period after 26 days. 3rd period after 22 days. My average is 25 days. I hope that helps.

SarahHa, Oh my goodness. I’m so sorry you had to go through with the surgery. My numbers are dropping 50% every week but didn’t really think that surgery could still be a possibility. Can I ask you how significant the pain that you experienced was? I just want an idea so I can be aware if it happens...

Thanks for the replies Talon23 and SarahHa. I’m gonna try to adjust my dietary folic acid intake if it will help. Im also going to try drinking green tea as well.
