I used to get tonsillitis and Difflam spray (you have to ask over the counter) is a particular life saver for an inflamed throat and can’t see how that would contraindicate for Methotrexate.

I’m not sure but as long as your hcg is going down that’s the priority. There will be options if the physical mass doesn’t shrink right away. Often it can take months for things to be absorbed. X

Glad it was just a blip. I feel the same, compared to people who had emergency surgery 7 weeks of expectant management was a different trauma. You’re no fraud but SO glad your levels have dropped X

It’s probably just a stressy period if your tests are negative. Test again on Monday and if you do get a positive refer yourself immediately to early assessment pregnancy unit. Sorry for what you’re going through. Mine was after morning after too. Only realised in hindsight if you get pregnant after taking morning after 1/20 are ectopic.

I didn’t have Methotrexate but expectant management - so they watched and waited. My hcg at times would go up by 60 or 90 but overall it went down over the period and these were just blips.
