Dear S_mascarenas,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss.
Unfortunately I am not medically trained so cannot give you specific information on your symptoms.
Whilst I do not wish to alarm you discharge from a wound could be a sign of infection, especially if you also have an increased body temperature of more than 37°C. You may also find that the wound site feels hot to touch, or looks slightly red.
With discharge from a wound site I would advise that you get medical attention as soon as possible.
I know it is still a bank holiday but you can access out of hours care by calling NHS111. Advise them that you have had recent surgery for ectopic pregnancy and now your wound site is oozing blood stained discharge.
If you get no joy from your out of hours provider I would advise trying your GP again tomorrow when they should be open after the Christmas break and stress your recent surgery and these symptoms and that you need to be reviewed that day.

Sending much love,
Karen x
