In the worst case scenario, how much time do I have to reach a clinic? The reason I'm asking is because I have a 7h flight scheduled for tomorrow. My doctor told me that the risk of rupture is minimal, but I'd like to consider the worst case scenario.
My hcg levels peak at 595 10 days ago and it has dropped significantly. Today (Jan/2) my levels are 44.9

Apologies for this late reply as you are probably already on your flight.
Unfortunately I am not medically trained so cannot give you specific information on your situation.
In the UK, we wouldn't recommend flying until your hCG levels have fallen below 5mlU/mL, as these are pre-pregnancy levels and until you reach this level there remains a small risk of rupture even with lowering levels.
Sadly there is no 'time frame' in case of rupture. Although I do not mean to alarm you, rupture in ectopic pregnancy is classed as a medical emergency and if you experience any increased bleeding and pain or start to feel unwell, we advise to seek urgent medical attention.
Whilst your doctor has agreed for you to travel, we would advise to avoid/delay any non essential air travel until your hCG levels have fallen below 5mlU/mL.

Although the doctor gave us clearance, we decided to postpone the travel 1 week. We played it safe.
