A little advice plz?

Post by Ellieb78 »

Hi, I recently had a bleed which I don't know if you would say it was a period or not?
The bleed started the day before I was due if my calculations are correct but it stopped and started over 4 days. It wasn't as heavy as I normally am plus there were clots which were a pinky grey colour. I didn't have any pain but I've been feeling tired, nausea, drinking more and going to the toilet more over the past 2-3 weeks. Any ideas of what might be happening?

Dear Ellieb78,
Unfortunately I am not medically trained so cannot give you specific advice on your symptoms, it is also difficult with such limited information.
If you are concerned as your period is different from normal and you do not feel yourself, I would advise speaking to your GP.
In general symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are missed or late period, vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain shoulder tip pain, bladder/bowel problems or collapse. If you experience any of these symptoms please seek urgent medical advice.

Sending much love,
Karen x
