Due Date

Post by dlm08 »

My due date for my ectopic pregnancy is coming up next week and I'm feeling pretty anxious about it. I feel like I want to do something to mark the day but am struggling to come up with anything that feels right. Has anyone else done something to help them get through their due dates?

Dear dlm08,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss,
Seven years later and I too struggle emotionally around anniversary dates, your feelings are completely normal.
We have had a few posts from ladies who have thought of doing things to remember their babies. I remember ideas from tattoos, planting trees and buying flowers. I personally bought a charm bracelet and have the charm with the birth stone of my baby on it.
Whatever way you feel comfortable in remembering your baby will be right for you.
Sending much love and warm hugs,
Karen x
