For me it was hardly anything, only what I can best describe as bleeding similar to an unusually light period (only 1 day with red blood just filling a single tampon in a whole day, mostly brown spotting for about 10 days after that), this was during what turned out to be implantation in the tube.
No abdominal pain or any other symptoms, right until the surgical removal at 7 weeks after my last "real" period. HCG also kept doubling at a rate that would be expected during a normal pregnancy so no signs there either. It seems that there is lots of variation in people's symptoms.
I can’t remember if I had any early signs last time. Close to emergency surgery I had very bad abdominal pain and I collapsed due to internal bleeding.
I don’t have a scan until next week so not sure if I’m having signs or just overthinking everything.
I do have twinges but not pain like last time and keep feeling lightheaded
