Re: methotrexate
The nest resource that I found was actually on this website, click the methotrexate tab: https://ectopic.org.uk/patients/treatment/
Make sure you get your HCG drawn on day 4 and day 7 to make sure it goes down between those days because if it doesn't you may need another dose (It might go up between day 1 and day 4, which is to be expected, so don't worry about that).

Re: methotrexate
I am so very sorry to hear that you are experiencing another ectopic pregnancy and loss. I also experienced two ectopics and was treated with methotrexate with my second. In addition to the Trust's website, which Sayrian mentioned in their post, I encourage you to look after yourself and continue to monitor your symptoms.
You will continue to have your HCG levels monitored to ensure they are declining. You may not well during the methotrexate treatment and it's worthwhile to take some time to rest while you are going through this. As with any ectopic pregnancy, it's important to look out for any symptoms indicating signs of rupture, including one-sided pain or shoulder tip pain.
Please know we are here for you during this time, and these boards are a safe space for you. Please look after yourself, especially in this next little while.
With good wishes,
Michele
