At what week did your spotting and/or pain start with your ectopic?
I had my first ectopic in June this year, I got to 6w 2days before I knew I was pregnant and it was only due to a mild cramp. I had the IUD at the time
I had left tube removed.
I’m really finding it helpful to recover reading through these forums.
Would like to do if and when your first signs of something not be right occurred and most I have read at about 5 weeks?
Thankyou brave ladies!

I’m just so curious to hear other peoples stories I feel guilty that I didn’t notice sooner.it’s really a strange and unique experience to go through.

I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss,
You will find that there are a lot of variations in our symptoms of ectopic pregnancy, which is also why it can make it so difficult to diagnose. I do understand how you feel as I had never heard of ectopic pregnancy before mine either but it is important that you do not feel guilty for not spotting the signs yourself.
I know that when I had my ectopic pregnancy I also looked for a reason and almost automatically we tend to blame ourselves. From the bottom of my heart, there is nothing you could have done to prevent the ectopic pregnancy from happening. I cannot emphasise enough - you are not to blame. Please be kind to yourself and I send you gentle hugs. x
