I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss,
I too felt exhausted following Methotrexate injection. I think a lot of ladies are shocked by the sheer exhaustion that they encounter during treatment.
I suggest listening to you body and testing when you need to. If you find this continues over the next few weeks at the same level, please speak to your medical team, even if just for reassurance.
