I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy and loss,
Bleeding after treatment for ectopic pregnancy normally occurs as hormone levels fall due to the shedding of the uterine lining, which is why she may not be bleeding straight away. The length of the bleeding can vary from woman to woman and some women do report spotting and bleeding for up to around six weeks after an ectopic pregnancy.
Your fiance should be able to manage the pain with the painkillers given to her or with over the counter pain relief. If this is not the case please seek urgent medical advice. In the UK, you can call NHS 111 for out of hours advice.
Sending much love,
Karen x
