Sadly I am not medically trained and with such limited information, it is difficult to identify what is going on.
As you are concerned about the bleeding, that it is not usual for you, I would advise speaking to your GP who could always organise a blood test for hCG.
Whilst I do not wish to alarm you, if you experience any worsening bleeding, abdominal pain, shoulder tip pain, or feel dizzy and unwell please seek urgent medical advice by attending A&E.
