Mtx side effects 2 weeks after shot?

I received 50 mg of mtx on Thursday May 31. I've been pretty lucky with side effects so far, but the past few days I've had dizzy spells, chest tightness, and racing heart. Is this common at this point after the shot? I thought it should be pretty much out of my system by now. Thanks!!

If you can I'd go to your EPU. I had my mix shot in 31st and came out in a rash on Friday 8th. I had "trapped wind" sat night / Sunday morning but felt weird so went to a&e to be safe only to find that whilst hcg had fallen, the pregnancy had grown in size and my tube had ruptured. When I was being assessed they specifically asked if I felt dizzy or had any tightness in my chest. They also did an ecg to check my heart rate. Fingers crossed all is ok but better to be safe than sorry.
