I had my tube removed on Tuesday (3 days ago) and I’m yet to bleed, like nothing at all. Is this normal?

Sorry for your loss and I hope your recovery is going OK. I had emergency surgery after rupturing having first had methotrexate - at the time of surgery I had been bleeding, but once my tube was removed the bleeding stopped pretty much immediately, so I think it's quite normal to not be bleeding.

Dear Bexx,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy loss,
Bleeding does vary and you may find that you start bleeding or spotting in the next few days as your hCG levels reduce. It can also be common not to bleed.
We have some information on our website on recovery which I have added here and you may find useful.

Sending much love,
