Hopeful message
Hopeful message
In June 2022 I found out I was pregnant and was over the moon.
I was then diagnosed with an ectopic in July. I had to have my right tube removed and my world fell apart. I found the loss and surgery traumatic and felt horribly down and depressed for months. I was convinced I would never get pregnant and that I was « damaged goods ».
However, after months of trying, I got pregnant in March 2023. I was delighted and terrified the whole thing might happen again. I went for an early scan to make sure the pregnancy was in the right place. I then got told I was pregnant with twins! It was a huge shock but the biggest blessing.
My identical twin boys were born one month ago and are doing so well.
When I was going through the ectopic, I would go through websites like these searching for positive stories to give me hope.
I promised myself that when I was on the other side, I would post about my own positive experience. All this to say, don’t lose hope. It can happen to you too.
