I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy loss,
I think this would depend upon individual hospital policies, however as most people who experience ectopic pregnancy are generally young and fit, I do not think.it's common place to have clexane after surgery.
If you want to be sure, I would suggest calling the ward who discharged you and checking what their normal procedure is.
