fever in 4th week of laproscopy

Post by Raj_1 »

My wife got pregnant through IVF, and it turned out to be ectopic pregnancy.
She got 1 dose of MTX which didn't work, then we are suggested to go for laparoscopy.
I am worried about fever in 4th week of Ectopic Laparoscopy surgery.

Hi, I would suggest erring on the side of caution and getting her checked over. Call 111 and ask for advice or if she’s poorly then take her straight to A&E. I hope you’re both ok.

Dear Raj,
I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy loss,
If your wife has a fever, I would advise seeking medical advice to discuss any other signs and symptoms she may have.

Sending love love,
Karen x

Thanks for response.
My wife's fever went away. She got fever due to minor infection. GP gave antibiotics, fever went away.
Thanks everyone for responding.
