Re: I need help
It sounds like the first thing to do is establish if you are pregnant, as the pregnancy test was inconclusive you should book an appointment at your local doctors to get a blood test to see if you have the pregnancy hormone in your system. Also you could tell them about the pain you're having.
My ectopic pregnancy I was 5 and a half weeks, it felt like trapped wind in my left side but when I went to the hospital they didn't want to know, didn't want to scan me, when I did see someone after begging, they scanned me couldn't see anything said it could be a miscarriage and to come back in two weeks.
If your test is positive they will likely retest in a couple days to see if your hcg dips. 6 weeks onwards is when they expect to see a baby in the womb so scans very early on aren't that helpful.
Right now it's best to establish if you are pregnant. Please do update.

Re: I need help
I am so sorry to hear of the worrying time you are going through,
As Chaotic Blues has already mentioned, It is important that you seek urgent medical advice to determine if you are pregnant or not. This needs to be in a hospital setting as you have concerning symptoms. They can check with a urine test, scan and/or complete blood tests, but it is vitally important that you get answers as soon as possible.
Sending much love,
Karen x
