Hi I was diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy 8th January. And took injection on 14th January.
08 Jan - 810
12 Jan - 537 HCG
14 Jan - 404 (took MTX injection)
18 Jan - 300
22 Jan - 334
My HCG has raised 34 unit I am so worried ultrasound was fine the mass is still there measuring 2.1 x 2.2 cm no fluid just a thin mass. I don't have any symptoms just little bearable pain on and off.

I am so sorry to hear of your ectopic pregnancy loss,
We do hear from women who have an odd spike in hCG levels or levels that plateau for a while before settling with expectant management and medical management with methotrexate. It is difficult to predict how quickly our levels will fall and for some, it can take up to 3 months.
Unfortunately I am not trained to advise why your levels are increasing slightly, I presume your doctors are going to complete further tests soon.
We would advise on not doing any heavy lifting or strenuous exercise and whilst I do not wish to alarm you, please seek urgent medical advice with any worsening pain or bleeding or you feel dizzy and unwell.

Thank you so much for your reply. My dr said wait for 4 days then again my HCG will be checked I hope it will drop now.
This is weird but I just want to know will orgasm contraction is bad in this situation? I am hyper active in my sexual desires. Last night I was so horny met my husband after 17 days. My urge to masturbate was so high but I was afraid if this contraction harmful for my ectopic treatment.
