Hi all.
I previously posted about my second pregnancy on the coil, first ended in Ectopic.
This time my HCGs have been fluctuating
13/02 HCG 75 - nothing visable on scan(as expected)
13/02 HCG 190
20/02 HCG 125 - was told miscarrying.
22/02 HCG 129
Why has HCG risen slightly again, is it likely its ectopic again or does the HCG rise breifly with a miscarriage??
Have bloods again in 48hours.
Any advice?

I am so sorry that you are going through this worrying time again. I'm not medically qualified to comment on your specific situation. I know waiting for hCG levels to reduce can be an anxious time. It is good that you are continuing to have your blood monitored. I found the early weeks very difficult as the diagnoses were unclear between viability, miscarriage, and ectopic pregnancy. The best I can advise you is to take each day as it comes and to monitor your physical sensations and your emotions.
And of course, while I don't want to worry you, I encourage you to remain aware of any changing symptoms until you are at the non-pregnant levels (below 5mIU/ml), such as symptoms of pain, particularly abdominal or shoulder tip pain, or heavy bleeding. In these cases, you will want to be seen at the A&E.
As you continue monitoring your hCG levels, please know we remain here for you for as long as you need.

My HCG has very very slightly risen again to 130 so I've got to go back again on Tuesday for a rescan, hcg and then possibly treatment depending on results 
. Looking likely it's a small ectopic again somewhere.
